How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 3 business days to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. Feel free to visit our website and check out our Order Tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship products from the USA for our USA customers and it can take up to  3-7 business days. The rest of the world orders can arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We provide worldwide shipping!

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Definitely! You'll notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your credit card information is used upon purchase, and is deleted immediately afterwards.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

A: We at Fashion for divas strive to provide the best customer service we can! If you receive your product with damages, please get in touch with us using the contact us form and we will assist you further with either a refund or exchange.(Managers discretion)  After 30 days unfortunately we can't offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that has been tampered with or is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. You will then need to send us the product to be inspected and your refund will be processed within 3-6 business days upon arrival. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
